Reflexology is a safe, non-intrusive therapy based on the belief that the systems and organs of the body are reflected on specific areas on the feet, hands and face called reflexes. Working on the principle of 'mini maps of the body', gentle pressure is applied to the reflexes in a systematic approach.
Stress and illness can place your body in a state of imbalance, creating blockages and disrupting the flow of vital energy channels. By stimulating and unblocking congested or unbalanced reflexes, it is believed to prompt the body's own natural ability to self-heal, assisting to re-balance and restore the flow of vital energy through your body, improving your wellbeing.
Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing treatment experience, which can be beneficial for everyone, from babies to the elderly. The treatment allows you to take time out from everyday pressures, helps to improve your mood, and aids sleep.

Facial Reflexology
The Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology is an exquisitely relaxing treatment. Working on the same principle as foot reflexology, this treatment also incorporates ancient Native American techniques and Asian body maps.
The face's close vicinity to the brain and cranial nerves makes facial reflexology a powerful treatment that works to relieve congestion in the facial reflexes and restore balance within the body.

Crystal Reflexology
The use of crystals for therapeutic healing dates back to Egyptian times when crystals were used to treat the body holistically for various conditions.
Crystal reflexology is a gentle, restful treatment, which works in harmony with traditional reflexology. You will be given a rose quartz crystal to hold, then a selection of crystals will be chosen for their colour, vibrational energy, and healing qualities. These will be placed on and around the reflex points and the main energy centres (chakras) of your feet. The unique vibrational energy from each crystal gently stimulates, rebalances, and aligns your chakras and your reflex points, leaving you feeling peaceful, rebalanced, and in harmony with yourself.
