Appointments can be arranged to fit in with your lifestyle, evening, weekend appointments and home visits are available upon request. Please note, home visits are subjected to additional charges.
Policy Notification
Thankyou for choosing Tranquility Rose Therapies for your Complementary and Holistic Therapies. In order to provide the best service possible to you, the following policies have been implemented:

Consultation
On request of an appointment a full holistic consultation will be issued to you electronically. This must be completed and returned prior to an appointment being arranged. Please allow an additional 15 minutes for your initial appointment to allow the consultation to be discussed. It is important that you advise me of any diagnosed medical conditions or if you are taking medication as some conditions and medications are contraindicated or require GP consent. Any changes to medical and health information will be updated at subsequent appointments.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that on occasion you may not be able to make your appointment. If you do need to cancel, I ask for 24 hour's notice. This allows the appointment to be reallocated to someone who might be on the waiting list. Cancellations with 24hours notice or more notice will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged and invoiced to pay 50% of the scheduled therapy appointment. Failure to show for a scheduled appointment or notify in advance will be charged and invoiced to pay the full cost of the scheduled appointment. With the understanding that emergencies and illnesses can arise, last minute cancellations due to things such as verifiable emergencies, illness or extreme weather will generally not result in a missed appointment charge, this will be determined at my discretion.
Please be aware that I reserve the right to charge the full treatment cost for less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
Late Arrival Policy
All appointments will end at the scheduled ending time in order for me to work to allocated appointment times. Late arrival for your appointment will not receive a time extension and will be charge in full for the allocated time of appointment. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to prepare and get on the treatment table to enjoy an unhurried therapy experience.
Therapy Termination Policy
Only professional complementary and holistic therapies for relaxation or therapeutic purposes are offered at Tranquility Rose Therapies. Please be advised that the therapy will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behaviour, disrespectful actions or language. A therapy will not be conducted if you attend under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the therapy is terminated for any of these reasons full payment for the scheduled appointment will be required.
Draping Policy
For massage and bodywork you will be appropriately draped with a sheet and/or towel at all times during the massage. Only areas of the body that are currently being treated will be exposed.
Payment Methods
Initial appointments will receive an electronic payment request for 50% of the therapy appointment which is required to be paid in order to secure the appointment. All subsequent appointments, payment is received at time of treatment via card, cash, or bank transfer.
Payments for the Zone Face lift 12-week treatment plan are required to be paid in advance by bank transfer. Payments can either be made in two or three instalments, or paid in full.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are redeemable against the treatment/treatments for the person stated on the voucher and are valid for three months following date of purchase. Unfortunately, I am unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment if the gift voucher is lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Cancellation and missed appointment policy applies, therefore please give 24 hour's notice of cancellation. I reserve the right to refuse treatment for certain conditions and/or inappropriate conduct of any kind. If you are in doubt about any possible contraindications to treatments, please contact me before purchasing the gift voucher as once purchased no cash refund is available.
