Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that works on the energy fields of the body, called chakras. Throughout this deeply relaxing treatment, my hands will act as a channel for the universal energy that is all around us.
A beautiful, restorative treatment, reiki is a lovely therapy to incorporate into a stress management programme.
You can choose to sit or lie down on the warmed treatment couch, fully clothed. I will place my hands on or around your body. As the energy radiates through my hands, you might experience a gentle warmth or tingling sensation, a deep sense of relaxation and an improved sense of wellbeing. Your body instinctively takes the energy that it needs to assist in removing energy blockages, which will allow energy to flow freely, restoring balance within.

Holistic Facial
This beautifully relaxing facial will leave you looking and feeling restored. Using vegan products which have been specially selected for you, I will start with warm aroma-infused towels, before moving on to a double cleanse and exfoliation sequence to wake your senses and calm your mind. Next, you will have a nourishing mask applied to your skin. While that works its magic, an Indian head massage will relax you. The treatment concludes with a stimulating facial massage and a selection of crystals to reconnect your senses, leaving you feeling blissfully relaxed with a glowing complexion.

Hopi Ear Candling
Hopi ear candling, or thermo-auricular therapy, is a pleasant, relaxing, and non-invasive treatment that is believed to enhance the health of the ears, nose, throat, and sinuses.
While you are lying comfortably on your side, I will carefully insert a lit hollow Hopi candle into your ear, creating a vacuum effect. The warm flow of air generated by the candle produces a concentrated herbal vapour that gently massages your eardrum. It is believed that impurities are drawn into the candle and often residue can be found inside after the candle is removed.

Once both ears have been treated, the treatment will conclude with facial reflexology to promote draining of the sinuses and balance the senses.
